This is not therapy—and it’s far deeper than a motivational pep talk. This 3-hour intensive mindset coaching session is a deep-dive into the beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns that are quietly running your life behind the scenes—and keeping you stuck.

We begin with a Satisfaction Survey to identify which areas of your life are currently draining your energy or feel out of alignment. From there, we explore what you truly desire and uncover the limiting beliefs and stories that have kept those desires at arm’s length.

Then, we shift. Using neurological and emotional regulation techniques, I walk you through customized processes to help you rewrite old thought patterns, calm the nervous system, and create supportive beliefs rooted in self-trust, clarity, and vision.

This is a hands-on experience where you receive full support from me the entire time. Many people uncover emotional memories or thought loops that they weren’t aware were blocking their growth—until they’re released.

We end by anchoring your transformation:

  • Just come with an open mind and heart. On the day of the session, make sure you're in a quiet, private space where you can focus without interruptions. This session is deep and immersive, so it’s important that you feel safe, grounded, and fully present.

  • Many clients feel a shift right away—emotionally, mentally, or energetically. However, long-term transformation depends on your continued awareness, integration, and willingness to apply what comes up in the session. This work supports the creation of new neural pathways, which strengthens over time with practice and repetition.

  • Yes! You can absolutely book additional support after your initial session. Some clients choose to book the Mindset Coaching package, which includes the 3-hour intensive plus three follow-up sessions for ongoing integration and momentum.

    If you prefer more flexibility, you can also book individual follow-up sessions at your leisure—whenever you feel ready or need a fresh perspective.

  • A Follow-Up Session is a 30-minute check-in available only to clients who have completed the 3-hour Mindset Coaching Intensive. It’s designed to support your integration process, help you stay aligned with your new mindset, and provide additional clarity or guidance as you continue forward. We can revisit your mood board, discuss challenges, and reinforce the mental shifts we created during the initial session.

  • Yes, you can book just the 3-hour Mindset Coaching Intensive as a standalone session. There’s no requirement to book follow-ups. Many clients experience powerful shifts from just one session, while others choose to add follow-ups later as needed for continued support. The choice is entirely yours.
